Property Refurbishment and Extension (November 2019). The work took around 10 months, in part due to delays in planning permission and the fact it was a substantial job. I had a loft room (including a fitted wardrobe and en-suite) built, as well as a substantial kitchen extension and total refit of the kitchen including underfloor heating and appliances. Also a bathroom was rebuilt, the whole house was redecorated, I had new radiators and windows installed, a lot of storage built and the garden completely redone. I was delighted with the result."
